28 Bangladeshi crew return home

The 28 crew participants of Bangladeshi deliver ‘Banglar Samriddhi’, which came underneath a missile assault at a Ukrainian port on March 2, have lower back domestic these days (March nine).

A flight of Turkish Airlines sporting them landed on the Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport round 12 noon after a transit in Turkey.

Earlier the filight left Romanian capital Bucharest round 10pm on Tuesday, stated General Manager (Chartering and Planning) of Bangladesh Shipping Corporation (BSC) Md Mujibur Rahman.

Earlier, they had been taken to Romania from war-torn Ukraine on Sunday.

The team participants of Banglar Samriddhi, owned through Bangladesh Shipping Corporation, have been stranded on the Olvia Port of Ukraine in view that February 23 because of the conflict.

On March 2, 1/3 engineer Md Hadisur Rahman, forty seven, of the ship was killed in a missile attack on it.

The Russian Embassy in Dhaka on Thursday expressed deep condolences to the near and expensive ones of deceased Hadisur Rahman and said the Russian facet “bends each attempt” to make sure safe departure of the Bangladeshi deliver from the port.
